At PLANO® Outdoors, we stand behind the durability of our gear; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition and include all original packaging and components.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your registered email address.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original PLANO® packaging to prevent damage during transit and attach the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the gear, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
